OLD BUSINESS

bid documents. All the questions were answered in the specs and McGettigan was named as

supervisor.

changes the contract from a two-year to a one-year contract and reduces the cancellation notice

from 180 days to 90 days.

the barn or 200’.

4. Jeff Meehan – has purchased the freight bldg. on Main Street and would like water and sewer

brought to the bldg. He doesn’t know what he wants to do with the bldg. so doesn’t know if he

needs sprinklers. Will come back after he has met with the planning board.

5. Water Rate Increase Study – McGettigan will contact Rural Water and set up a meeting for

an afternoon the week of June 9th to discuss water rate increases.

$20,711.56; the Wells & Pump account had $15,890.94 and the Tank Painting account had

$2,921.51. Commissioners still need correct balance sheets from select board.
