Please be candid in your reports. Mentoring relationships and collaborative work are sometimes challenging. Foundation staff will be better able to provide assistance and improve the program if they understand these challenges.

Audience:Reports are reviewed by foundation staff. Reports from mentors and menteeswill not be shared with the other party.

Deadlines: Progress reports are due 6, 12, and 18 months after the start of the grant. Final reports are due three months after the end of the grant.
