PA with his son Rufus Hand, b. 1843, daughter-in-law Helen b. 1847 and grandson Harry, b. 1876. Horace Hand married a second wife, Nancy, after 1880, who died 19 November 1896. Horace Hand died on 8 February 1901 at Whitney Point, NY.

Joseph Hand b. 6 October 1814 in Wantage, Sussex NJ.

Andrew Hand b. 13 February 1818 in Wantage, Sussex NJ. John Finch, in a letter written from his home in Damascus, Wayne Co., PA to cousin, William Jackson Hand on 18 March 1859, mentions uncles Horace, Nathan and Andrew as well as Susan.

Nathan Hand b. 15 February 1819 in Wantage, Sussex NJ. In the 1850 Census, he is listed as a shoemaker, 32 years old, born in NJ. His wife Roxey was 31 and born in PA. They were living in Damascus Township with no children. Roxey Hand died 16 February 1867. In the 1880 Census he is living with his second wife Mary in Bainbridge, Chenango Co. NY. Nathan Hand died after 2 February 1900, since a photograph with that date exists of Nathan and Horace together in Broome Co. NY.
