Top Cost Volume Leader - Led team that bid and won contract for Base Support Services for US Navy Guam, valued at $500M in 2000. Created and implemented winning pricing strategy. Led Cost Team that bid and won US Army Live Training procurement in 1999. Designed and implemented several strategic financial initiatives after award for this $700M program, the largest program in all of $2B/yr RTSC. Lead negotiator for team of 10 lawyers and 15 financial analysts for REA/Claim negotiation resulting in a fixed price increase of $150M. Chief Financial Officer – One of the founders of this new firm involved in commercial on line transaction processing and high end defense development programs. Created and implemented all financial systems and processes resulting in rapid growth and approved accounting and financial systems. Led cost volumes for many commercial, state and federal programs. Led the sale of the company to GE Capital in 1995. This company has since spun off from GE Capital and was recently named one of the fastest growing technology companies in Connecticut, still successfully running the same systems and programs created and implemented in the early 90’s.
