RE: RULE HEARING/REGULAR BOARD MEETING

MEETING NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the New Mexico Board of Nursing Home Administrators will hold a Rule Hearing on Wednesday, March 30, 2016. Following the Rule Hearing the New Mexico Board of Nursing Home Administrators will convene a Regular meeting to adopt the rules and take care of regular business. The New Mexico Board of Nursing Home Administrators Rule Hearing will begin at 10:00 a.m. and the Regular Board Meeting will convene following the rule hearing. The meeting will be held at the Regulation and Licensing Department, 5500 San Antonio Drive NE, Albuquerque, NM 87109.

The purpose of the rule hearing is to consider adopting a new part to the Board Rules in 16.13. NMAC: The new part is 16.13.6 NMAC: Licensure for Military Service Members, Spouses and Veterans, and amendments and additions to 16.13.1 NMAC: General Provisions, 16.13.3 NMAC: Application for Licensure by Examination, 16.13.8 NMAC License Renewal, 16.13.10 NMAC: Expired License and 16.13.12 NMAC License Reactivation.

The Board may enter into Executive Session pursuant to § 10-15-1.H of the Open Meetings Act, to discuss matters related to the issuance, suspension, renewal or revocation of licenses.

A copy of the agenda for the meeting will be available at least 72 hours prior to the meeting and can be obtained by contacting the Board Office at (505) 476-4622 or on the boards website at www.rld.state.nm.us/boards.

Persons requesting to be placed on the agenda shall submit a written request, describing in detail the subject to be discussed, and when applicable, submitting at least seven (7) copies of any supporting documentation, at least five (5) days prior to a regular meeting scheduled by the Board, however, persons with incomplete applications are not eligible to be place on the agenda.
