To our Local Businesses and Supporters
The bearer of this letter is a member of the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls or an adult advisor. She/he will have an official dues card with the Assembly Seal on it or a dues card from one of our Sponsoring Orders as a form of identification. She/he is asking for support for our Annual Grand Assembly Sessions held in July.
The cost for each girl/advisor to attend Grand Assembly is $ 160.00. This includes two nights lodging, an ice cream sundae party, a dance, four meals, and the beautiful Grand Assembly Sessions. By obtaining donations from local businesses and organizations, the girls/advisors can help defray the cost of their weekend. Each girl/advisor will receive 25% credit of the money she/he raises to go towards her/his expenses. The balance of the money will go towards defraying the general expenses of the weekend.
Supreme Assembly, Rhode Island Grand Assembly, and our local Assemblies of the International Order of the Rainbow for Girls are recognized as 501 (C) (3) by the Internal Revenue Service so that donations received are tax deductible.
