c) offences under section 6 of the Crimes Act 1914, or section 11.1, 11.4 or 11.5 of the Criminal Code, in relation to an offence referred to in paragraph (a) or (b);
d) offences under a law of a state or territory about the protection, conservation or management of native species or ecological communities; or
e) offences in relation to a law referred to in paragraph (d), under a provision of a state or territory that is equivalent to section 6 of the Crimes Act 1914, or to section 11.1, 11.4 or 11.5 of the Criminal Code.
