Why you’ll be so important to Catalyst. You will:
·  Manage the Sales and Marketing Teams to ensure the Company`s growth targets are achieved.
·  Create and implement sales and marketing strategies/plans and formulate budgets and forecasts in line with Department and Company requirements, reporting progress against such plans and budgets and propose and implement agreed action plans to correct any shortcomings.
·  Determine the appropriate allocation and duties of the Sales, Programming and Operations and Marketing Teams in order to achieve the post objectives, by managing, motivating and
developing these resources.
·  Lead on strategic marketing initiatives in relation to existing and new products, services, branding and general market positioning of Catalyst Housing Limited in so far as its sales activities are concerned.
·  Develop and lead all sales and marketing activities ensuring they are fit for purpose in a constantly changing customer and operating environment.
·  Establish the appropriate utilisation of the Sales & Marketing budget in order to achieve the
post objective in the context of the overall departmental objectives.
·  Be an intrinsic member of the Catalyst Management Team.
·  Establish new and build on existing relationships with external customers to raise the profile of
Catalyst Housing Limited.
·  Create sales and marketing strategies for each site developed by Catalyst Housing Limited, with projections for reservations, exchanges and completions.
·  Working with the Management Team members, and other departments, to ensure proper co- ordination of sales and marketing functions, and to understand and assist with the requirements of all departments and individuals contributing towards the success of the project.
·  Provide data and sales information to the Catalyst Management team
·  Provide data and sales information to the Senior Management team in respect of the sales performance for each individual project.
·  Ensure that Catalyst Housing Limited’s Procurement procedures are complied with at all times
About you:
(Key skills, knowledge and experience)
·  Experienced sales and marketing manager with demonstrable experience of formulating and implementing successful and innovative marketing and sales strategies.
·  Ability to produce forecasts and manage sizeable cost budgets.
·  An understanding of the corporate environment and the ability to contribute to the organisation’s corporate vision and strategy.
·  Demonstrable commercial acumen and experience of sales in the private sector and affordable sales sectors.
·  Track record of leading, motivating and developing sales teams, enabling them to consistently achieve their targets.
·  Solid and demonstrable experience of relationship management. The job holder will be the lead person in establishing and managing (external) client relationships.
·  Excellent communication and presentation skills with solid financial awareness.
·  Strategic thinker with an ability to contribute to the organization`s vision and develop long-term plans taking into account the potential threats and seizing opportunities in the external environment.
·  Experience of working in a senior management role, contributing to corporate vision and strategy.
