What is NAHTM?

NAHTM was formed in 1989 by a small group of hospital-based transport managers from across the United States. The founding mission of these forward-looking professionals was to provide a venue for members to exchange information, promote effective change & improvement across the industry, and drive professional development and standards among the membership.

These original goals remain vibrant today. NAHTM’s commitment to excellence has grown over the years and has never been greater. The professional development among the hospital transport management is more important than ever as hospitals across the country embrace patient-focused care concepts while seeking to deliver leaner operations.

Why Exhibit at a NAHTM Conference?

Patient Transportation Managers have the first word and many times the last word on the equipment purchased for ‘their’ transport operation. Hospital administrations look to the Transport Managers as the professional subject matter experts when budgeting for the transport department.

Audiovisual

The hotel can provide audio visual assistance for any audio visual needs. They may be contacted at (813) 313-3288. Outside audio visual equipment and services are NOT permitted WITHOUT written Hotel approval.

Shipping and Receiving

The hotel has a shipping and receiving department. Pleas ensure that the delivery company you use has a truck with a ramp or lift to reach ground level. Delivery doors are on the 1st floor where the Conference and Exhibition is being held. Doors are large enough for a car to enter.

Exhibit Hall Access

The exhibit hall area will be available to our exhibitors beginning at 5pm on Thursday, October 5th. The hall will need to be cleared by 5:30 pm on Friday, October 6th.
