Why did we choose these names for our children?
I have not really remember [r1]which thoughts guided us in choosing names for our children ... I suppose that we wanted to choose originality, uniqueness, and perhaps also we wanted to name fitting into ^ surname. I know that many people pays [r2]attention to the importance of names. Choosing a name for your child, may point out the features associated with it, for example they wonder how it will fit into with the zodiac sign of the child etc. Name has given [r3]once in a lifetime, therefore, it is should not only be a nice sound and fit the surname, but also to interact and create a harmonious whole with the person, suit their personality. Our great-grandparents attributed to them [r4]as - magicalpowers and believed that ^ [r5]man'sname is programmed for the future[r6], giving it certain characteristics.
My husband and I were guided by two principles: on the one we were looking for such a name that was not even in our family, and also it will be ^ [r7]name which consciously choose ^ [r8]patron who takes care of children and who leads children through life. We were looking for it in a great book of names and finally decided that in the case of our first son it will be Simon but for our daughter we choose the name Kate. Custom of our family is that the middle name for son should be the name of his grandfather or grandmother for daughter. With Simon it was easy because both grandparents has [r9]named Władysław and with Kate it was easy either too, because both her grandmothers were named alike - Maria and Marianna.
