WHY CHALLAN NOT GENERATED

Please follow below simple steps to check WHY CHALLAN NOT GENERATED.

Step-1

Maximum waiting time for Challan generation is 48 hours of call closure (system approved).

If you want to Challan to be created before 48 hours then take approval from PSH.

If rejected by system you need to get it approved from PSH (Product Service Head).

Step-2

Please check if call is approved or rejected in system.

Path- Claim Processingà View Validated Call.

Here you need to check if call is rejected by system or not.

Different Types of Rejections:-

1.  Invalid DOP or S.No:- This is due to “Data purchase is not in accordance with serial number.” This is a system rejected reason

Solution (for further approval):- Model name and set serial number picture is required.

2.  Presales Gas Charge: - This is due to “Gas charging done in presales call type.”

Solution (for further approval):- Need to take approval from Mr. Ajay Chamoli (mail id- ) before call closure.


Rejected- Duplicate Call No Claim:- This is due to the “Same serial number repeated. ”

Solution (for further approval):- Previous call number with the nature of work done along with similar detail for rejected call.

3.  Rejected Duplicate Call No. Claim but P2P ok: - This is due to the”Same Serial number is repeated. ”

Solution (For further approval):- No need to send as already considered by respective PSH on daily basis.

4.  Rejected- Dem/Inst to Expl Call:- This is due to the “Same Serial number repeated.”

Solution (for further approval):- This call can’t be paid.

5.  Rejected- due to PDI: - This is due to “Pre dispatch inspection rejection”.

Solution (for further approval):- Need to take approval from Mr. Birender (mail id- ) and Mr. Sushant (mail id- ) before call closure.


Rejected – Due to physical damage part:- This is due to “Aesthetic Part Damage ”.

Solution (for further approval):- No need to send as already considered by respective PSH on daily basis

6.  Rejected Duplicate Demo/Inst Call: - This is due to “Same serial number repeated.”

Solution (For further approval):- This call cannot be paid.

7.  Rejected- Duplicate non part Call:- This is due to the “Same serial number repeated non part call 90 days”

Solution (for further approval):- Previous call number with the nature of work done along with similar details along with similar details for rejected call.

8.  Rejected Duplicate Part call: - This is due to the “Same serial number repeated non part call 30 days.”

Solution (for further approval):- Previous call number with the nature of work done along with similar details along with similar details for rejected call.

9.  RR Status Hold: - This is due to the “Resolution code is wrongly punched.”

Solution (for further approval):- Need to take approval from Mr. Tarun Gupta (mail id- ).

Step3- Please check any open po.

Solution:- Close the PO or Receive the PO.
