WHRRI RESERVE PADDOCK SPACE REQUEST
Reserve paddock spaces are available for the upcoming race season by submitting this request prior to or at the April General membership meeting. Reserve paddock spaces are granted dependent on WHRRI Membership the Trailer size and Prior history. If your requested space is available, and your trailer requirements meet the criteria, it will be granted for the upcoming season. Prior assignment of a space for the previous season will be granted priority consideration, provided the requirements for reserve space assignment are met. In a situation where two members are requesting the same space without prior assignment of the space in the preceding season, the senior member with the longest continued membership will be granted the space, provided the request is submitted prior to the deadline. You are requested to provide three choices of spaces in order to best serve the selection process. Nonmembers will not be granted a reserve space. Payment does not guarantee requested space will be granted. Each space will be charged at full price. No prorated pricing is established. Preceeding year Class Champions will be granted top priority in the selection process, if selecting the same paddock space used in the champion year.
NOTE:
1. Paddock spaces 1-8 are reserved for Time Trial participant parking on Saturday and Sunday. This rule supersedes the 9:00 am curfew on reserved paddock spaces. These spaces will remain reserved for Time Trials participants throughout the weekend.
2. Paddock space reservations are valid for the WHRRI club race weekend only, defined as Friday 10am through Sunday 6pm.
COST FOR A RESERVE SPACE IS DEPENDENT ON THE SPACE SIZE REQUESTED.
A Two tier pricing structure is in place to compensate for the space requested. (SEE PADDOCK MAP)
SMALL $ 60 LARGE $ 100 This fee is for one season and must be renewed each year to retain priority. Questions concerning this process can be directed to the Comp Board Director.
