HELP FORM 2018

Please find attached the Help Form for 2018 together with a copy for your own retention.

It is essential that ALL Parents return their offers of help to:

Mrs. Berni Newcombe - Membership Secretary,

Garth House, Pillerton Hersey, CV35 0QJ with the Membership Renewal Form.

You may not be aware that each Organiser has to make endless phone calls and it is no fun spending hours on the phone begging for helpers!! Some of our events need about 60 volunteers, covering jobs such as – cross country fence judges, dressage writers, stewards, collecting ring stewards, timers, starters, scorers, scoreboard writers, commentators, mounted runner co-ordinators, show jumping judges, secretary, catering van helpers, car parking etc., and this is in addition to having to co-ordinate the Technical Delegate, Vet, Medical Team, Fence Repair and, most important of all, having to keep the Landowners, the Competitors and their mothers and fathers happy!!!!!

You also get to socialise with other pony club parents.

Please choose events where you child/children are not competing.

This should make it easier and less stressful for you!

Knowing this information, we really do hope that you will help us by completing and returning your Help Form with the Membership Renewal Form – REMEMBER – your children will benefit from all these events, whatever their age, not only by being able to compete but by the money raised as this pays for their instruction at rallies and the purchase of new, safe and up-to-date equipment!

If your Help Form is not returned, your name and details will automatically be sent to each Organiser as being able to assist at their event at which you will be allocated a job until you have fulfilled your obligation – PLEASE do not make us have to do this as we would much rather you willingly offered your valuable help.
