Who is My Neighbor?
"Who is my neighbor?" speaks volumes to our relationship with and responsibility to unborn children.
The Good Samaritan was prepared to take action at great cost to himself because he truly cared for his neighbor, whereas Christ condemns the religious leaders who passed by on the other side, without doing a thing. How many of us see and recognize the plight of the unwanted, unborn children, but are not doing a thing about it? Since a willingness to take action and come to the aid of the dying and downtrodden is the Christ-given example of what it means to love our neighbor, then how can we live as good Christians if we are not do anything about the plight of dying, unborn children?
In Matthew 25:45, Jesus says, "To the extent that you did not take care of the least of these, you did not take care of Me." If unwanted, unborn children do not fit the bill as "the least of these" in today's America, it is difficult to know who does!
If Christians will not stand up with conviction (and love!) to boldly say of abortion, "This is terribly wrong!" then who in the whole world will? Martin Niemoller, a German pastor who was imprisoned for his opposition to Hitler, made this statement in 1946, "Christianity in Germany bears a greater responsibility before God for the Holocaust than the SS and the Gestapo." He said this because he recognized that believers are far more accountable than those without faith.
When history looks back on the massive bloodshed of abortion, could the same indictment be said of us?

Quien es mi prójimo?
La pregunta “Quien es mi prójimo?”dice mucho acerca de nuestra relación y responsabilidad hacia los bebés aun no nacidos.
El BuenSamaritano estaba preparado para entrar en acciónaunque le costara mucho porque a él realmente le importaba su prójimo. Por otro lado, Jesucristo condenaba a los líderes religiososque pasaban por el otro lado del camino sin hacer nada. Cuántos de nosotros vemos y reconocemos la difícil situación de los bebés aun no nacidos e indeseados pero no estamos haciendo nada por ellos? Dado que la voluntad de entrar en acción y salir en ayuda de los que están muriendo y son oprimidos es el ejemplo dado por Jesús de lo que significa amar al prójimo, cómo podemos vivir como buenos cristianos si no vamos a hacer nada acerca del dilema de los bebés que mueren antes de nacer?
En el evangelio de San Mateo 25:45, Jesús dice: “En verdad os digo que en cuanto no lo hicisteis a uno de los más pequeños de éstos, tampoco a mí lo hicisteis.”
Si “uno de los más pequeños de éstos” no se aplica hoy en dia en los Estados Unidos a los bebés por nacer e indeseados, es difícil saber a quién se aplica!
Si los cristianos no se van a levantar con amor y convicción para decir acerca del aborto, "Esto es un error terrible!" entonces quién de todo el mundo lo va a hacer?
Martín Niemoller, un pastor protestante alemán que fue encarcelado por su oposición a Hitler,hizo esta declaración en1946, "El Cristianismo en Alemania tiene una resposabilidad frente a Dios por el Holocausto mayor que la SS y la Gestapo." Dijo eso pues se dió cuenta que los creyentes van a tener que rendir cuentas mucho más que los que no tienen fé.
Cuando los libros de historia miren hacia atrás el derrame de sangre masivo que es el aborto, podrá esta acusación ser dirigida a nosotros?
