Job Summary:
- To provide quality care of the highest standard to all service users,
- To assist the health professionals meet the psychological, social, physical, recreational and diversity needs of our service users,
- To ensure that service users security and safety needs are met,
- Work under the direction of the Service Manageror Registered Nurse as required.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Provideservice users with practical and emotional care, enabling them to lead as ordinary life as they can achieve,
- Participate in the day-to-day implementation ofindividual support plans and activities,
- Support service users with the preparation of meals, laundry duties, cleaning, social events and so on,
- Maintain effective communication,
- Liaise with service users, families, Health Professionals and other stakeholders,
- Support service users with the preparation of meals, laundry duties, cleaning, social events and so on,
- Maintain accurate notes and records as and when required,
- Work as part of a team to provide high quality care
