Job Summary:

  • To provide quality care of the highest standard to all service users,
  • To assist the health professionals meet the psychological, social, physical, recreational and diversity needs of our service users,
  • To ensure that service users security and safety needs are met,
  • Work under the direction of the Service Manageror Registered Nurse as required.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provideservice users with practical and emotional care, enabling them to lead as ordinary life as they can achieve,
  • Participate in the day-to-day implementation ofindividual support plans and activities,
  • Support service users with the preparation of meals, laundry duties, cleaning, social events and so on,
  • Maintain effective communication,
  • Liaise with service users, families, Health Professionals and other stakeholders,
  • Support service users with the preparation of meals, laundry duties, cleaning, social events and so on,
  • Maintain accurate notes and records as and when required,
  • Work as part of a team to provide high quality care
