Application Process

  • Download and complete, save and print the application below, which is available on the Human Resources site at
  • Discuss the program with your immediate manager. Obtain the signatures of your manager and your Budget Officer, affirming their endorsement for your participation in the program.
  • Submit your application to Dennis Hopwood, Director of Human Resources by the May 1, 2015 deadline.
  • An email will be sent confirming receipt of your application.
  • No later than June 8, 2015, you will receive an email notifying you of whether or not you have been selected for participation in the 2015 Whitman Leadership Program.
