Begin Their Journey On The Right Step

First and foremost, your very FIRST training should be done WITH your upline leader!

THE MOMENT THEY START!!

  1. Schedule their welcome call with your direct sponsor or the uplinewith which you are working closest.
  2. Add and announce them to the Livin the Pink Life (LTPL) team page and any other team page you are a part of within your upline.
  3. Have them read the pin posted to top of Livin the Pink Life, which is our Process to Success. That process is also located on Training Your New Ambassador. The first 24 hours should be spent getting through this process in full.
  4. Spend some time going over the process to success. Let them know that their contact list is their bible. Contacting people via phone is by far the most effective way to communicate their passion and desire for their prospect to join them on this amazing journey. It is VERY important to stress to them the need to use 3 ways to build their business strong.
  5. If you have someone super excited to run with the business, let them know they can call their top 3-5 right then and there or within the next 24 hours and bring on a call with you to get them running right away!!! You can literally take them silver the moment they start. This is the time they are most excited and those that they most want to join them are probably fresh at the top of their mind. Get them going right away!! They can learn everything else as they go! The most important part of this business is reaching out to others and bringing them onto a call or FB message with you to learn about our life changing products/opportunity.
  6. Add them to all the testimonials pages as per the testimonials tab on The Path to Diamond (TPTD). Let them know that they should begin reading no less than 10 minutes worth of testimonials daily as this will provide them the info on the breadth of the products and which products are used for what.
  7. IMPORTANT: As you are adding them to so many pages, let them know that this is for their LONG TERM gain, NOT THAT THEY SHOULD BE CONSUMED WITH ALL THE INFO BEFORE THEY GET GOING. Their main focus should be bringing their contact list to you!
  8. Schedule their launch party on day 1!!! This is another easy peasy way to take them to silver! This launch party can also be done via FB. A video of what a launch party consists of is on the New Ambassador Training tab.
  9. Inform them of the upcoming opportunity meeting and explain how this meeting can offer them the easiest means of building their team. Have them make it a goal to fill their car!

THEIR FOLLOW UP TRAINING IN 48-72 HOURS!

  1. Be sure you find out if they have any questions based on what they saw on the Getting Started page, especially regarding the compensation plan.
  2. Set their goals and activities that back the goals. See How to set a goal and tips to setting goals on Training Your New Ambassadors. A good minimum goal to have their first month is to go silver and find 3-5 preferred customers.
  3. Have them order a new url if they so choose, and business cards, if they haven’t yet ordered.

FOLLOW UP!!!

Your ambassadors NEED YOU!!!!! Be in continous contact with them throughout the first 30 days. Let them know to contact you at every point that they are feeling nervous, overwhelmed or overjoyed!!! ;) Be sure to let them know that they will hear “no’s” and not to let that factor get in their way! It is not a no to them personally. It is a no because they don’t yet know how great Plexus is!!!

You are their “parent” of sorts for a while. You need to nurture and guide, while still being stern (or on top of them) with regard to the activities they need to follow through with in order to meet their goals. Remind them that we are doing this so they can have their why and if they keeping pushing, their dreams will come true!!!

Hint: If you have not seen a 3 way or heard from them after 2 days, you need to be in contact. Find out where they are at, what is happening, are they feeling lost in any way. The quicker you break through any road blocks the faster they will succeed. The faster they succeed, the faster they make a paycheck, the greater their belief in themselves and their ability to make our guaranteed Plexus business work!!

The goal their first month is: GET THEM A PAYCHECK!!! It makes all the difference in the world!

While these are the steps to follow, remember you may sign a rock star that knows 5 people the moment they sign that they want on board! Let them sign them!!! Get them on the phone and let them schedule the 3 ways, or do the 3 ways on the spot. There is no need to make them wait for their first training to start building!!!
