Inthe state ofWashington,every driver(except thosewithCommercial Driver’sLicenses–CDL)isentitled toDeferredFindingevery sevenyears; oneforamovingviolation and oneforanon-movingviolation.Youmustpayanadministrativefee of$210andcannot getanyothertickets ofanykindforoneyear fromthedateyouenter theDeferred.
