Open for set up at 6am. Open for sales 8 am to 2 pm

Where: SW Parking lot DeVargas Center, Paseo de Peralta, Santa Fe
Cost: 5 x 10 space is $15
10x10 space is $30
10x15 space is $45
10x20 space is $55
20x20 space is $90
First three Sundays of August there is a $10 premium on all booths.
Prepaid Full Season payment will receive a 10% discount
Prepaid Monthly payment will receive a 5% discount
Booth fees must be paid by end of day Friday before the Sunday contracted.
No occupancy by 8.15am will be considered a no show and the booth will be reassigned.

Parking:Vendor’s with a 20x20 or 20x10 (If you and your vehicle can fit in a without compromising a neighbor) may park in their space. All other vendors must have their vehicles moved to the NW parking lot as soon as unloaded and definitely before we open at 8 am.
Tents, Tables:White canopy covers please. Umbrella’s no restriction on color. Please cover your tables with black covers unless you have your own theme.
We have a limited number of 10x10 and 10x20 shade canopies available for rent. We will install and dismantle the canopies and provide weights. 10x10 are $40 and 10x20 are $60. We have a limited number of 6’ & 8’ tables for $10 each and chairs for $2 each. We will deliver and pick up the tables.
Advertising: We will advertise weekly in the PasaTiempo. We will have flags along Paseo de Peralta on the event days as well as sandwich boards on the street.
Licenses:Vendors must have a NM Tax ID and a City Special Event Business License (for the Outdoor Market). A $10 fee will cover the whole season for the City License. If you don’t have either one we can obtain them for you. Please fill out the form and give it to Valarie or Jody with the $10 fee.
Liability Insurance: $20 for the season (16 weeks) or $3 a day.
