Principal Update /
  • Conferences/book fair occurring now
  • RAA successful
  • St. Baldrick’s raised over $7,000.00
  • Stream Keepers finished walkway over Spring break (one option for evacuation); built benches, irrigation system
  • Stream Keepers Club (Mrs. Muzi) is over a decade old; nominated for award
  • Souls for Souls is successful so far (all shoes of all quality and sizes are acceptable); good shoes are donated to Haiti; old ones are recycled
  • Visit Art/Music room during conferences-“Monet’s Garden”
  • Field trips kept getting pushed back (due to snow) but all got rescheduled
  • Screen-free week coming up (beginning of May)
  • Chicks are coming next week
  • Fri. 4/20 “Dress Like a Teacher Day”

Treasurer’s Report / Treasurer’s Report 3/18
Movie Night: $1216.80 taken in,
$428.57 in expenses
profit of $788.23
Winter Blast: Taken in: $7381.90
Total expenses: $2124.01
Profit: $5257.89
Book Bingo: Taken in: $883.25- $127.71 expenses= $771.79 profit
Harlem Globetrotters: $2805 taken in, $2193 paid in tickets for a profit of $610
Applebee’s: $529 deposit, $125 expense to Applebees for a profit of $404.
Color Run: Expenses for the Color Run totaled $1251.62. We are making a donation to St. Baldrick’s of $800. We will also be paying the donation from the Team BF shirts, which looks to be about $164 (uncertain because final invoice from S & S not yet received).
Clubs: $4127 deposited. Payments to teachers will be issued shortly which should exhaust that amount.
Other Expenses:
Quiver Farms: $225- remainder of the chick hatching
Pre-K Field Trip: $660 total
2nd Grade Field Trip: Academy of Natural Science: $921.50
Trenton Thunder Night deposit: $441
Science Night- Mad Science- $1345.
3rd Grade Field Trip to Grounds for Sculpture- $100 deposit
Bare Books $329 (offset by parent payments)
Treasurer’s report 4/18
Third Grade Field trip to Grounds for Sculpture cancelled due to weather. We lost one $50 deposit and had one credited towards next year’s trip.

Mercer County Park Commission- $437.50- remaining owed for K Field Trip (next week)
