Photocopier

The photocopier is under contract with Xerox. If service or supplies (except paper) are needed please call 800-XXX-XXX.

Be prepared to tell Xerox what the problem is along with the model and serial number.

Printers

We have 2 printers

  • HP Laser Jet 5000N(black & White only) supplies are ordered through HP, click here to go to the order site. Use corporate account # XXXXX-XX when the order.
  • Ricoh Aficio SP C430DN (color) supplies are ordered through Ricoh, click here to go to the order site. Use corporate account # XXXXX-XX.

If there is a general maintenance issue with any of the printers contact IT Support at extension 2255.

Office Supplies

All office supplies including photocopier and printer paper are ordered through Staples. Use account number STPXXXX.

Break Room Supplies

Flavia Coffee & Tea is ordered throughStaples. I generally order French Roast, French Roast Decaf and Hazelnut.

Tea flavors are English Breakfast and Green Tea with Jasmin.

Sugar, creamer, utensils, coffee cups etc. are also ordered through Staples. Use account number STPXXXX.

Building and Office Maintenance

If there are any issues with the building i.e. air conditioning, bathrooms, locked rooms you should contact Facilities Manager John Smith at ex 2265.

Notary

We have an onsite Notary, Ms. Janet Brown (ex 2232) who is available to witness and sign documents. If you need to use this service please call ahead and make an appointment. She is located in building B room 4. There is no charge for this service but you will be required to complete a receipt listing the title of the document and the department requesting the service.

Catering[DV2]

If you need to provide lunch or catering for a meeting there are several restaurants that we use and that will deliver. You will need to get a budget from the manager requesting the catering and check with them to see if they have any restaurant preference.

How do I submit a PTO

To be paid for time off, an employee must complete a Request For Time Off form which can be found on the intranet at XXXXXXX. The completed form must be signed by the employee and the employee’s manager and forwarded to payroll.
