How can I request for my company to support my participation?

Does your company help cover the cost of leadership conferences? If you don’t know, it can’t hurt to ask! We are happy to send invoices for company reimbursement. Most companies understand the importance of grooming new leaders, and will be willing to support you in your conference participation. This event is commissioned to connect, equip, and mentor women through professional development; specifically, through self-discovery (how to identify your behavior and motivation style) and how to apply those new insights in order to be successful (networking, mentoring, influencing). The topics addressed are universal in the professional environment, and you will come away equipped with new skills to help you be a more effective leader.
