WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS SERVICE?

The purpose of the Easter Service is to provide current Program Partners an opportunity to utilize this service to support the goals and desired program results of the organization.

GUIDELINE

The Program Partner must identify how the Easter Service supports the goals of the organization. Easter is a good time for communities to get together and enjoy the season and Program Partners can utilize this opportunity to engage community, enhance services or focus on addressing a priority in the community. The resources support an Easter Egg Hunt which can be fun and interactive. PWNA may provide the following items for an Easter Egg Hunt:

·  Up to 5 plastic eggs per participant

·  Candy for participants

·  5 Prizes per age category (i.e. 0-2, 3-4, 5-7, 8-12, Elders)

PARTNER EXPECTATION

·  Partner hosting the Egg Hunt must be able to promote the event

·  Partner must secure a location for the Egg Hunt

·  Have an indoor facility available in case of bad weather, and not rescheduling later than the first week after Easter

·  Partner should have children/Elders bring own bag/basket for the egg hunt

·  Requests are due the 3rd Friday in February

PARTNER REQUIRMENT

·  Partner should have a good idea of numbers expected to serve

·  Partner should have volunteers assemble and distribute all items and prizes

·  Must have adult volunteers or staff to meet and assist in unloading the PWNA products from the trucks

REPORTING

A one-page report form, contained in your delivery packet(s) must be completed and returned to PWNA 30 days from the date of your event, or the date indicated in the delivery packet. Items to accompany your report form.
