What do we offer?

Our goal is tomake high quality psychometric tools and measures available widely to users of all types – managers, trainers, coaches and teachers - around the globe. These offer considerable value in helping trained users to make better decisions about people. In turn this leads to more effective intervention and development. This means ensuring that AQR's measures are:

§  Easy to understand by both users and test takers

§  Designed to be easy to administer & manage

§  Designed to support quality feedback to the test taker

Most measures are designed to measure change reliably. This enables real evaluation and the potential for assessing ROI.

In addition we offer development programmes which help users attend to needs which arise from the use of the models and measures. These can be delivered directly by the AQR team or can be offered in a Train the Trainer format.

In this way AQR International provides clients of all types with the opportunity for a complete solution for their issues.

What makes us unique?

As well as its breakthrough work on Mental Toughness, AQR has developed a range of practical psychometric measures which attend specifically to issues of direct concern to clients – leaders, managers, teachers, coaches, etc. This includes performance, attendance, stick-ability, employability, transition etc. All have impact on organisational performance too.

Carefully designed valid and reliable instruments enable the user to carry out two key tasks:

§  Diagnosis and evaluation of need. To make better decisions to be made about people and their skills, attributes and behaviour. From that to select and use interventions more accurately.

§  Help to measure change or progress around mindset, attributes and behaviour

Why are AQR measures different?

§  Their focus is always on outcomes

§  Extremely easy to use – on-line operation, automatically generates expert reports & short training for users

§  Make full use of new technology. All feature Databases, which allow data to be accessed and re-used.

§  Comparatively inexpensive to use – no annual licence fee – cost is on a per use basis

§  High quality – we pilot real programmes to evidence our work. Much is published in academic journals.
