20/20 Vision - Mentoring in ActionTeacher Leadership Academy

This Academy is designed for teachers who have successfully completed at least one Mentoring in Action foundational course and want to share what they have learned with others. Teacher leaders who are dedicated to “paying it forward” are encouraged to apply. The ultimate goal is to support the success of students in novice teacher classrooms.

This graduate course (3 credits) includes three online modules; 1. Mindfulness,

2. Leadership, and 3. Taking Action. One hour with an “extraordinary coach” as well as virtual guest speakers make this a unique leadership coaching experience. A culminating retreat will bring the cohort together in a beautiful setting to meet in person and listen to the 20/20 visions created in the course.
