What does it mean to be human?

Creative mind- construction paper

Not only does the human brain have the ability to think, reason, solve problems, and process information, but also the human brain has the ability to create. Human creativity is something unique in every person. Everyday people use their minds to create things. Construction paper is an object that symbolizes creativity. A block of construction paper is made up of many different colors. Construction paper has numerous uses and fosters creativity. Arts and crafts, building models, and paper airplanes are just a few examples of the diverse uses for construction paper. Like the human mind, construction paper is flexible and firm, but not completely resistant to destruction.

Creativity allows people to think, work, play, and eat in different ways. Construction paper allows people to create different things all out of the same material. Every person has a creative mind. Although some people may not think of themselves as creative, humans are extremely creative. People have different ideas and different opinions about creativity. People also have different ideas and opinions about construction paper. Creativity helps people think, reason, solve problems and process information. Likewise construction paper helps people think, reason, solve problems, and process information. Construction paper may be used for teaching, learning, sharing, planning, sorting, and designing. I think that construction paper is a symbol of creative minds. It may not be a choice material for every person in the world, but it does help people be creative. One can choose a color of paper and make anything he or she chooses to make. Whether a card, craft, or something else, construction paper allows people to construct anything their mind wishes to create.

In relation to a design of an information system, construction paper and creativity are essential. Construction paper may be used in organizing an information system and creativity allows the designer and the information users to have flexibility in creating and using the information system. Creativity is used in designing information systems and helping others develop their own creative minds. According to Fischer, “an information system refers to any system that facilitates and supports human interaction (88).” In this case construction paper and creativity fit the definition of an information system, because they both facilitates and supports human interaction. My favorite example of something made out of construction paper is a paper chain. I think a paper chain is a creative expression that symbolizes humans. Everyone is different and unique, but all of us are human. The human mind can create big or small projects with construction paper, but with creativity and the human mind the possibilities are endless for creating an information system that helps others think, reason, solve problems, and process information.
