What: CHS Winter Sports Program Advertisement Sales
to benefit the Nordic Ski Team
Why:
· 100% profit thanks to donated printing (if you sell a $50 ad, our team makes $50).
· Minimal time invested for $$dollars$$ raised. This fundraiser is principally managed by CHS Basketball Coach Jeff Turner easing the Nordic parent fundraising workload.
· With 100% team participation we can help:
o Maintain Skier Fees
o Insure funds for a full season of races
When:
· NOW! Dryland training season…- Please submit all ads (with payments ) to Coach K or Angela Lyon by Thursday, November 12, 2015. Payment and ads may also be dropped in the CHS Athletic Office Nordic Ski mailbox. No exceptions on the deadline!
How:
· Each Nordic Ski team member sells a minimum of:
o 1 x $50 advertisement (business card size) or
o 3 x $15 booster club memberships ($45 total)
· Ads & booster club memberships are sold to local businesses & individuals- see attached examples
· Ads & booster club memberships are purchased by families & friends to support their athletes &/or the team- see attached examples
· Ad Sales Sheets are available on page 3 of this info packet & can be copied, the team Facebook page, at practices, and in the CHS Athletic Office Nordic Ski mailbox. **Read carefully and discuss with your advertiser.
· A Nordic team sponsor list will be posted on the Facebook page & updated as paid ads are submitted. Please review to avoid duplicate solicitations.
· Please return Payment with completed Ad Sales Sheets to the Nordic Ski mailbox in the CHS Athletic Office, Coach K, or Angela Lyon by Thursday, November 12, 2015.
· Advertisers must EMAIL AD ARTWORK TO: (PDF’S are prefered); Subject Line: CHS Winter Program. Please include ad size for program. (Confirmation emails are sent out by . If you didn’t receive one, your email didn’t go through)

Be a part of the TCC winter sports program and support Trojan athletics by becoming a corporate sponsor, by purchasing a display ad, or by becoming a booster club member. This is a fundraiser for each winter sports team. There are four ways to donate.
1. Corporate Partnership Opportunities
Champions Package: full page color ad in program, announcement as a corporate sponsor at all home games (boys and girls), sponsor night give away (200 items), 2 Trojan Gala tickets, Super Fan t-shirt sponsor (200 t-shirts) COST =$1000
Victory Package: full page ad in program, announcement as a corporate sponsor at all home games (boys and girls), Sponsor night give away (100 items), Super Fan t-shirt sponsor (200 shirts) COST = $750
Winners Package: half page ad, announcement as a corporate sponsor at all home games (boys and girls), Super Fan t-shirt sponson (200 shirts) COST = $400
2. Display Ads in Program Dimensions of Artwork
Full page $300 7 ½“ wide x 10 ¼” high
Half page $200 7 ½ “ wide x 5” high
Quarter page $75 3 ¾” x 5” high
Business card $50 3 ¾” x 2 ½” high
3. Booster Club Member
Your name will be included in the winter sports program on the Booster page with the other members as a proud Trojan supporter. COST = $15
4. Simple donation (No Advertisement or Booster Acknowledgement in Winter Sports Program)
