Knebworth Wedding Show 2018

Access and Loading

All exhibitors should enter Knebworth through the main gate.

The exhibition timetable contains details of the access times on each day.

Vehicles should be moved to the exhibitor car parking area when unloaded, to leave space for visitors.

First Aid

First aid will be available throughout the exhibition and can be contacted through the front desk.

Furniture

No furniture is included in the stand and it is the exhibitors responsibility to order via the furniture order form or to supply their own furniture.

Leaflets and other promotional material

All promotional material must be distributed from your own stand area and not from the gangway or aisles.

Only literature (including competitions) relating to your own specific business can be displayed and distributed at the exhibition.

Music licences

Exhibitors are solely responsible for obtaining any licence required to play music at the exhibition. More information can be obtained by contacting The Performing Rights Society on 01925 234456

Power and lighting

Each shell stand is supplied with two spotlights. If additional lighting or power is required it can be ordered from the official contractor via the electrical order form.

Sound levels

Exhibitors should ensure that and videos or other sound generating equipment does not cause disturbance to other exhibitors. The organisers reserve the right to reduce the volume of any equipment causing a nuisance.

Stand construction

Stands are constructed using Velcro compatible panels enabling the use of “hook” Velcro to display posters and other lightweight promotional material. The dimensions of the stand components can be found in the separate stand information sheet.

Waste removal

All exhibitors are responsible for removing their own rubbish and unwanted literature from their stand. The organisers reserve the right to charge the exhibitor for any disposal costs incurred through the exhibitor failing to remove their waste.

Wi-Fi

Free Wi-Fi is available to exhibitors, although the strength will vary depending on stand position.
