Ageing wוֹ’Opportunity – Joint Commissioning Strategy for Older People 2013 – 2023

Questionnaire

The Ageing wi’ opportunity questionnaire can be completed by organisations, individuals on their own, by their carers or someone helping them, or by groups.

We want to know if we have understood what is important to older people in Aberdeen City and whether you agree or disagree with our proposals in the ‘Ageing Wוֹ’ Opportunity’ consultation document. We want to hear your views on health and social care services for the future.

The ‘Ageing wוֹ’Opportunity’ Joint Commissioning Strategy 2013-2023’ will seek to make sure that every person:

  • Healthier
  • Safer and Stronger
  • Wealthier and Fairer
  • Smarter
  • Greener

The development of ‘Ageing wוֹ’Opportunity’ is overseen by the Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership. It draws on the work of Aberdeen City Council and NHS Grampian (including HSCP), in conjunction with partner organisations.

These partners are expected to make the best use of public money. We have therefore added a sixth outcome:

  • Making best use of our resources

Please answer the following questions and write any additional comments you wish to make in the boxes provided. Please continue on a separate sheet if you need more space.
