Saturday 26 November and Wednesday 30 November (8:00-17:30 on both days)
Age Groups:
Born 2003/2002: u.14 Boys and Girls (u/15 for 2017)
Born 2001-1999: u.18 Boys and Girls (u/19 for 2017)
The process start with District trials in the 4 districts
Players play in their own district and then a district team is selected to play in the Inter District tournament on 1+2 December
Teams consist of 10 boys and 10 girls per age group per district team.
The top 8 players on the WP Oracle list(12/11) in u/15, & u/19 do not play in the District Trials and do not play Inter District. THEY STILL ENTER ON THE WEBSITE (but do not pay)
nr 1-4 in u/15, u/19 play 4,5 December, nr 5-8 play 3,4,5 Dec.

Closing date: 16 November
Entry fee: R220 per player
(DO NOT send POP, just give the players name written, surname and age group as bank reference)
NO player who have not paid by 16/11, will be in the draw!! You will be informed via email if we have not received your payment by 16/11. Then you can send POP if needed.

Inter District Tournament
Thursday 1 December and Friday 2 December
The teams will be mailed to you on Wednesday 30/11 by 18:00 – to email address you enter with your district trial entry.
The district teams play in a team tournament, to determine the strongest district.
From these results, players will be invited to take part in the WP trials. If you are not in the top 4 of the Oracle list, you have to play in the Inter District Tournament to be invited for the WP Trials (3-5/12). Singles results from the tournament will count towards WP selection and those matches will not be replayed.
Entry fee: R320 per player - payable into WP account and
Entry fee includes a team T-shirt, wear it with any navy or black shorts/skirt
POP payment must be brought to the courts to receive your T shirt.
WP TRIALS
Saturday 3 December – Monday 5 December (8:00-17:30)
Players will be invited to play trials if they do well in the Inter District Tournament.
The names will be mailed to you by 18:00 on 2/12 – to the email address you enter on the website with your district trial entry.
The top 8 WP Oracle list(12/11) nr 1-4 in u/15, u/19 play 4,5 December.
nr 5-8 in u/15, u/19 play 3,4,5 December.
These trials are compulsory for players to be selected for WP.
Cost: R260 per player.
u/15 and u/19 teams will take part in the SA Interpro in Pretoria, but all the other WP teams will compete against provincial teams in the 1st term of next year. The SA Schools Week will take place from Friday 31 March 2017 (Teams arriving). Tennis 1- 4(16:00) April 2017. The other dates are not available yet.

Practice Camp/WP Practice 2017
There will be a practice camp and team practice in the first weekend of the school term in 2017. Please save those dates!! All clothing for 2017 will then be ordered. If you have any suggestions about this, please let me know by 26/11.
