Job Posting: Club Manager

Seeking a Club Manager to oversee the daily member interaction and customer service of the Cincinnati Sports Club. This individual will be part of the senior management team. The individual will develop managers and staff to ensure excellent customer service is given to members and guests of the facility; oversee the service related departments and their programs including Member Services, Reception, Youth Programs, and Fitness; oversees the planning and implementation of all Club social and wellness events, and advisory committees. This individual will be responsible for retaining members to the Cincinnati Sports Club.

Job Requirements:

·  Must be a leader.

·  Strong work ethic.

·  Ability to coach, motivate, educate and manage managers. Knowledgeable of general management theories and their implementation, i.e. Situational Leadership, Motivational Theories, Goal Setting Theory, etc.

·  Ability to manage efficiently within budget restraints while delivering excellent customer service.

·  Willingness to improve professionally and stay updated through experience and continuing education.

·  Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
