Please note that ESF rules require that we are able to demonstrate that any investment of funds creates ‘additionality’, i.e. that the funding has been used to support something that would not otherwise be available. In the context of the West of England Works project this normally means a new / different service which would not otherwise exist but it can also be provided through creating additional capacity within existing services.
Should your tender be successful the information provided below will be used to produce a directory of additional Specialist Provision available within the West of England Works Project, so please respond as fully as possible keeping the intended audience (i.e. West of England Works Anchor Partners) in mind.
