ANTICIPATED SUMMER SCHOOL POSITIONS FOR SUMMER 2015

I.Pre-School Summer Program: A pre-school integrated summer program will be held from Tuesday,
July 7, 2015through Friday, July 31, 2015. Pre-school will operate two (2) sessions, 8:15 AM–10:15 AM and 10:30 AM–12:30 PM (19 days).
Positions Available:Integrated Preschool Program: Tuesday, July 7, 2015 – Friday, July 31, 2015
Teacher of Pre-School: Approximately 80.75 hours of instruction with 10hours of preparation for a total of 90.75 hours at $46.00 per hour. NJ Standard Certificate as P–3 Teacher required or knowledge of preschool students with additional NJ Certificate as Teacher of the Handicapped/Students with Disabilities preferred. Experience working with preschoolers/classified preschoolersrequired.
One School Nurse: NJ Standard Certificate as a School Nurse and a License as a Registered Nurse required. The School Nurse hours will be from approximately 8:15 AM–12:30 PM. The School Nurse will provide services for both summer programs at $46.00* per hour for 80.75 hours per week.
Instructional Aides: Two (2) positions available at $13.50 per hour: High School diploma required. Experience working with preschoolers/classified preschoolers preferred. The two (2) positions will be from 8:15 AM–12:30 PM.
II.Integrated Elementary Summer Program:Tuesday, July 7, 2015 – Friday, July 31, 2015
(9:00 AM–12:00 PM)
Positions Available:
One Teacher of Students with Disabilities/Handicapped: Certification as Teacher of Students with Disabilities/Handicapped required. Experience with Primary classified students preferred to instruct identified students in Language Arts and Math. Fifty Seven (57) hours of instruction with 7 hours of Preparation @ $46.00 per hour for a total of 64 hours.
Two Regular Ed Teachers: Certification in ESL and/or Elementary Ed required. Experience Working with ESL and/or Basic Skills students preferred toinstruct identified students in Language Arts and Math. Fifty–seven (57) hours of instruction with 7 hours of Preparation per week @ $46.00 per hour for a total of 64 hours.
Four personal instructional aides: (As per student IEP’s needed). High School Diploma required.
9:00 AM–12:00 PM at $13.50 per hour.Experience working with classified elementary students preferred.
One Speech Therapist: NJ Standard Certificate as a Speech/Language Therapist. Speech Therapist will work with identified students not to exceed 50 hours per week at the rate of $46.00 per hour.
Substitutes: Substitute positions available for each of the advertised positions at the rate of $46.00 per hour for Teachers/Nurse. The rate of $13.50 for Aides.
