OUR PROMISES:

  • To help your event stay within its budget and save on costly expenses. We will extend the 2016 per diem guestroom rate of $89.00for the 2017conference. The rate is applicable to either king or queen/queen accommodations.
  • Even if authorized travel per diem’s increase, your rate remains the same!
  • The rate includes hot American-style breakfast in the Castle Ranch Steakhouse. For those morning’s during which the group plans to hosta banquet breakfast, a $5.00 per room night occupied credit will be extended to your master account to defer the cost of the catered event without forfeiting the value of the included breakfast.
  • Guests will enjoy a 10% discount in both the Castle Ranch Steakhouse and the Tap and Barrel Lounge.
  • The group will earn comps on a 1 per 50 basis.
  • A complimentary upgrade will be extended at group rate to one of our suites.
  • The Teton is offered on a complimentary basis for the group’s use as a private office/storage space.
  • Assuming a tax-exempt status, facility usage fees are capped (based on the agenda submitted) at $1,680 which includes the 20% service charge. In the event the group is subject to taxation, the fees total $1,848.
  • Current AV price lists and menus are attached to this proposal. Menu prices will be capped at no more than a 5% increase over current prices year-on-year.

GUEST ROOM ACCOMMODATIONS

Renovated in July, 2015 with further improvements in April, 2016, the 116 guest rooms contained in the main building of our campus allow the Wyndham Gardento host a vast array of the traveling community. Wired and wireless internet is available as well as all the comforts that any traveler would require while on the road including refrigerators and microwaves. We offer king size, queen/queen, and suites to accommodate all preferences. With our seasoned staff and strong ties to the community you will be sure to experience the very best that Boise has to offer.
