Autumn Term

Update on recent events

The HSA would like to say a big thank you to:

o  Kat Harris, the outgoing HSA Chair, for all her hard work and help in successfully raising £8, 875 last year.

o  Sue Sewart, the outgoing Treasurer for all her hard work over the last year.

o  Alison and Alistair for organising the Quizmex night at the end of last term. It was enjoyed by all and raised a fantastic £213.

o  Maria for organising the West Bridgford Infants team at this year’s Robin Hood Festival of running. The children set an impressive running pace for the parents to follow, and a good time was had by all!

o  Nedah and Maria for organising the end of term picnic in the park. The weather didn’t dampen this social event, which was well attended by children and their families.

We will be making jolly jars and Christmas crackers for the fayre so please could you could start saving jars (about the size of standard coffee jars) and the inside of rolls from kitchen towel to make into crackers. Please could you bring these into the Office after half term?

We are also looking for donations of good quality teddy bears/soft toys, which can also be brought into the office after half term.

More information about the Fair will be sent in the first week after half term, and as always we are looking for volunteers to help either before the Fair or running a stall on the day.

Many thanks,
