employee’s immediate family & persons with whom employees are domiciled are excluded from this contest.
Discover Texas award tickets will be given away via random drawings per week from all registrations received
during that week.
Entry into contest is at listener’s discretion. Any information obtained by Wendlee Broadcasting can & will be used
for future promotion of station contests. All prizes awarded must be exchanged for receipt from winners,
including name, address, phone number, & winners signature.
Wendlee Broadcasting, & its affiliates or sponsors are not responsible for any injury, theft, loss of or damage to
private property as a result of accepting this prize. Winners will be required to sign a release form prior to receiving
their prize, or they will forfeit their prize & be ineligible for station contests for the period of one (1) calendar year,
beginning at the date of refusal.
Prizes may not be redeemed for cash or any other consideration. Odds of winning vary dependant of total number of
entries received. Tickets may be used at winners' discretion during normal operation dates and hours as designated
by the ticketed event or venue.
All prizes MUST be picked up at 600 Fisk Avenue, Brownwood, Tx, 76801, (M-F 8AM to 5PM). No prizes will be
mailed. Any prize not claimed within 10 business days of notification will be forfeited.
