Art Explorations - Join us for 'Art Explorations' in which we use a variety of art media for self expression and exploration.

Effective Communication – Find your voice and strengthen your ability to speak up and out about the things that matter to you.

Creative Writing - Introduction to different forms of creative writing such as poetry and prose. Writers can sharpen their skills through exercises and revision. Feedback is given in a non-threatening atmosphere.

Double Trouble in Recovery - A twelve-step program designed to meet the needs of individuals who are dealing with both mental health and addictive disease challenges

Issues in Mental Health - Let’s discuss mental health issues from the perspective of rights, and choices, and informed consent.

Housing Support / Financial Planning – We all want affordable, decent housing! We’re here to support each other with resources, networking, and housing opportunities.

Lyrical Expressions – Exploring the soundtracks of our lives!

Men/Women Support – We split into two groups for this activity and talk openly and comfortably about issues that affect our lives

Movies and Games - Saturdays are for hanging out with peers and having some good old fashioned fun with board games, cards, and movies. We provide games to choose from, but feel free to bring your own as well.

Peer Community - Join us on Mondays for news and announcements. This is also a good time to bring up issues that affect the PSWRC community at large.

Positive Relationships – Let’s explore the quality of our relationships with family, friends, and/or significant others.

Respite Support- Join us for extra support while in Respite.

Super Sports Sundays - Football, basketball, baseball, popcorn, peers. What a dynamic combination! Come cheer your team on in front of the TV and have a blast!

Trauma-Informed Peer Support - Have you experienced a life-altering event in your life? This is the place where these issues can be explored with others while developing skills to begin to move forward.

Whole Health – Exploring the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspect of our lives and how they intertwine.

WRAP Planning - WRAP (Wellness Recovery Action Plan) assists with developing a wellness plan that keeps you in control when you experience a crisis. Topics discussed are wellness tools, triggers, early warning signs, when things are breaking down, and crisis planning.
