This movement includes SAP Material master module experience working with bills of material, improving quality, production planning and purchase orders, through strategic planning and forecasting of the organizations’ demand needs. In doing so I was able to generate $720,000.00/month revenue and increasing. I was responsible for manufacturing, repair and service center.

As production (line manager) I was responsible for 15-25 members in the performance of day to day operations, with the primary focus of the Six Sigma philosophy (which is to focus on improving quality).

On average each member was responsible for 16 trucks per shift and order pulling; at times, my team would have to build orders to complete shipments.

Program Developer & Mentoring

This program focused on placing ninth graders in college level courses to help them improve academic abilities in Math, English, and the Performing Arts in order to help them develop literacy and numeracy skills, workforce skills, and college readiness skills. I’ve developed a summer enrichment program which focused on qualitative and quantitative results. Implemented community based issues with the applications of academic learning through mentoring and guidance. I have worked with a team that created a system that will monitor the progress of each student and offer college courses throughout high school and managed the day to day operations.
