Hereiswhatyouneed:
1. Youmustholdavalidamateuroperatorlicense.
2. YourvalidamateuroperatorlicenseMUSTauthorizeorqualifyyouforunsupervisedtransmittingoperationsinthetenmeteramateurbandunderyourownpersonalcallsign.
3. Youmustmakecontactwithtenmembersof 10-10 andsubmitaloglistingallcontacts, their 10-10 number, callsign, name, dateofcontact, andQTH (state/province/country). Thecontactformandmembershipapplicationisprovidedonthepagethatfollows.
4. Youmustremitduesforoneormoreyear’sfullmembership. FeescheduleandpaymentinformationcanbefoundinSection 2 ofthepagethatfollows.
TYPESOFMEMBERSHIPS
TobecomeamembereitherfillouttheformonthefollowingpageandmailtotheDataManagerattheindicatedaddressorgoonlinetothe 10-10 webpage, ‘membership’ to ‘application’ andselectthemembershipcategory.
PrimaryMembership
Primarymembershipisavailablewithyearlydues, although
thereisaspecialincentiveavailablewhenyoupayforthreeyearsatonce.
FamilyMembership
Familymembershipconsistsofaprimarymemberandoneormorefamilymemberswhoqualifyasa 10-10 member (hasmadethenecessary 10 contacts) andwhoresideatthesamelocationandpostaladdress. Familymembershipsrunconcurrentlywiththatoftheprimarymember. Add $5 foreachadditionalfamilymemberforeachyear. Onlytheprimarymemberwillreceiveacopyofthe 10-10 News.
LifeMembership
Lifemembershipisavailableandmaybepaidinonelumpsumorspreadacrosstwoorthreeyears. Forinformationrefertothe 'LifeMembershipApplication' formontheweborcontactthe 10-10 DataManager
SeniorLifeMembership
Seniorlifemembershipisavailabletoanyonewhoiscurrently 65 yearsofageorolder. Paymentcanbemadeinonelumpsumoroveraoneyearperiod. Forinformationrefertothe 'LifeMembershipApplication' formontheweborcontactthe 10-10 DataManager
FamilyLifeMembershipisnolongeravailable.
ClubMembership
ClubmembershipisavailabletoanyAmateurRadioOrganizationwhichholdsavalidAmateurRadioLicense. Applicationmustbemadebytheclubtrustee. DuesarethesameasthePrimarymember. Nofamilyorlifemembershipsareavailable. Clubshaveallthesamerightsandprivilegesasprimarymembersexcepttherighttovoteinelections. / ElectronicMembership
ElectronicMembershipisavailabletoanyonewho
qualifiesforanyofthetypesofmembershiplistedpreviously. Electronicmembershipmeansthatallcommunications, includingthe 10-10 NEWS, from 10-10
tothequalifyingmemberwillbeconductedviaemaildistribution. Theexceptiontothispolicyiswhena
memberqualifiesforacertificatefromeitheroneofthevariousQSOPartiesorfromoneoftheAwardsprograms.
