Twain Sullivan Elementary is a public school from Kindergarten to Grade 7.
BELL TIMES
Morning Bell – 8:40
Kindergarten to Grade 2 Students line up in front of the (left front door) when the bell rings and the teachers will bring in the students.
Grade 3/4 at back door; students come in on their own
Grade 6/7 students at door by basketball court; students come in on their own
It is asked the students remove their outdoor shoes and have a pair of indoor shoes to put on. These can be left at the school for the remainder of the year. (non marking soles required)
Recess bell – 10:15-10:30
Lunch Bell – 12-1, Students go outside at 12 to play, and bell rings at 12:30 to come in and eat lunch, school resumes at 1pm. Students are encouraged have a packed lunch and stay at the school during this time. If a student leaves the school grounds during this time, please have them notify the office prior to doing so.
After School Bell 3:00 Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday; 2:08 Thursdays.
SUPERVISION– Morning – Starting at 8:10
Recess – 10:15-10:30
Lunch – 12:00-12:30 outside 12:30-1:00 inside while students eat
After School/Bus – 3:00-3:20

WALKING TO SCHOOL - Walking through the parking lot, it is recommended the students walk along the path between the high school and parking lot, marked out by cement barriers
-there are paths through the duck pond which lead to an opening in the gate behind the highschool, students can walk along the path behind the school, beside the tennis court which then gets to the front of Twain.
BIKING TO SCHOOL – bike rack to right of school for parking and locking. Students must wear a helmet!
DRIVING/PARKING/DROP OFF – please do not use bus lane route or park in front of gate blocking the busses and flow of car traffic. If you are not sure, please check in the office.
KINDERGARTEN STUDENTS – preferred that they be picked up at the classroom, and acknowledgement be made with the teacher
