Welcome to the SNUG website!

If your school district site is new to SunGard or new to SNUG membership, applying for membership is an easy online process. Navigate to the member application page and complete the following pages of questions to apply. You may make an online payment of dues, or you can generate an invoice that will be emailed to the person applying so that your site may make manual payment.

Once your application has been approved and your payment has been receipted, you will be sent a confirmation email that will include your login email and password.

Updating your SNUG Membership Account

In the top right corner of the website, log in with your business email account (ex: ) and password.

Note: Your initial password is emailed to you when your membership is activated. If you’ve forgotten or don’t know what your password is, you can click on the “Forgot Password” link and the software will email you another (to your business email account) and instructions to reset it.

Your profile contains information about your site, your position, and other valuable members of your site who can log into the website and receive and share information on the SNUG website. Keeping this information as up-to-date as possible assists with receiving consistent communication, registering for conferences, and posting to the forums.

Note: The information that this website shares with the general web public is limited to site, member name, title and email. As a logged in member, however, more of your site and contact information can be viewed. If you desire to further limit access to your information, this can be controlled in your privacy settings.

Bundle Administrators

As a function of this website, member sites are assigned one “bundle administrator”. Other individual contacts for each site are called “bundle members”. The Bundle Administrator (typically the person who completed the membership application) has the ability to edit the profiles for any bundle member as well as add new members or archive them from the site. If your site needs to change the Bundle Administrator designation, please contact a current Board Member for assistance.
