Welcome to the MTM Office Rentals

Below are some guidelines you might find helpful.

Kitchen Area

Please ensure that you wash your dishes straight after you have used them and that the sink is left clear of cutlery and crockery. Cleaning staff are not required to do this for you. Cleaning products are provided.

Refrigerator: Please ensure that you throw out any food, particularly dairy products that you do not intend to eat or dated food in the fridge out of respect for the other tenants.

Air Conditioning

Air Conditioning is provided for all our Tenants Comfort. It is set to come on at 7.30am, and turn off at 5.00pm. If you are in your office outside of these hours there is an over ride switch by the bathrooms. This switch incorporates a timer so will go off automatically at the time that is set.

Mail

If you would like to have mail delivered close to your office, MTM Copy Centre provide a NZ Mail post box service. Please do not give your offices physical address as a postal address as we cannot guarantee you will receive your mail.

Rubbish Disposal

We will dispose of your general office refuse, i.e. paper and food scraps. The rubbish bin is emptied regularly.

We do not dispose of: toner cartridges, cardboard boxes, polystyrene and commercial waste. If you are having a big clean-out of the office please organise to dispose of your rubbish. You can put your rubbish out on the roadside in prepaid bags on. General rubbish is collected Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights after 6pm. Please place extra rubbish bags by the road in front of the Korean restaurant.

Cardboard boxes are to be broken down and placed in the cardboard recycling cage behind Unit 10A. Follow the driveway around the back of the building, the cage is at the end.

Paper & cardboard is also collected from the street by the Auckland Council on Monday and Wednesday nights.

Lights and after hours security

Please note the lights within your office do not switch off when the mains are switched off. Please ensure that you switch off the lights in your suite before exiting. The last person to leave is responsible for turning off the main lights. The light switch is located in the waiting area. Also please ensure the downstairs door is locked after 5pm or when the last person leaves.

If you access the building outside of normal business hours please ensure that the lights have been switched off and the front door locked behind you.

Supplies

We ensure that we have available, a stock of supplies in the kitchen cabinet. If you find something has run out please let us know or retrieve it from the cabinet.

Spare Keys

We advise tenants who have a PO Box with More Than Mail to keep a spare key in the box in case you ever get locked out. This provides a safe backup for getting back into your office.
