We have listened to our campers and are revising our rules to make our campground safer and more enjoyable for all our campers

Please review these important rules: 2016 revision

1.  Registration: All resort guests are required to check in at the front office and must obtain a car pass and wrist bands for the pool. Wrist bands MUST be worn on ones wrist when enjoying the pool. Additional bands will not be provided unless old bands are turned back in.

Vehicle Pass - Every vehicle, while in the resort, must have a car pass visible and hanging on your mirror at all times. The pass is to be turned towards the window facing outward so your site is clearly visible. There will be a $25.00 charge for each vehicle not displaying the Pass on the mirror, there are no exceptions as this assists us in keeping the park safe.

Guests - Each site/cabin is allowed 8 people total, including who is on the reservation, and must have all names on a guest list that will be provided in the front office upon check in. All guests are required to come into our office and register. There are NO EXCEPTIONS. You are not allowed to bring a guest onto the grounds that is not registered at the office. Doing so will result in a $25.00 fee for each guest brought onto the property without registering and you may be asked to leave the campground.

Gate Code – Upon arrival you are issued a gate code to allow access to our property. This gate code is not to be given out to anyone. We do not allow this code to be given to vendors, or any guests you have coming into the park that have not registered at the office. If you are found sharing our gate code to allow unauthorized passage into the park, you will be charged $100.00 and subsequent violations may result in your being asked to leave the park.

Golf Carts - All golf carts are to be registered in the front office.

No golf cart riding after 11:00 PM

·  You must provide proof of insurance to operate a golf cart on PSRR property.

·  Driver must be 13 years of age. Under the age of 13 requires an adult 18 years or older in the front seat of the cart.

2.  ABSOLUTLY NO PARKING ON THE GRASS!

-  Violators may be subject to a fee.

3.  THE SPEED LIMIT IS 4.7 MPH. THIS INCLUDES GOLF CARTS. Speed limit is strictly enforced due to the number of children we have in the park.

4.  Golf carts, scooters, and bicycles are not permitted on the Restaurant Road.

5.  Parking – 1 bedroom cabins – 2 vehicles

2 bedroom cabins – 3 vehicles

3 bedroom cabin - 3 vehicles

RV Sites - 2 vehicles

All additional vehicles, Boats, trailers (of any kind), and/or equipment shall be parked in the designated parking areas, adjacent to the main road.

·  NO ATV’s or four wheelers are allowed.

6.  Check-in time: 1:00pm for RV sites and 3:00pm for cabins.

7.  Check-out time: 11:00am for RV sites and cabins.

-  We ask that you notify the front office when the occupied site or cabin is being vacated.

8.  NO SMOKING AND NO PETS in the cabins. Violators may be subject to a fee.

9.  Guests staying on an RV site must have their pets on a leash when outside. You must clean up after your pet.

10.  All resort guests are expected to treat each other and the Resort property with respect. Please do not walk across or between other campsites.

-  Behavior such as disruptive public intoxication, fighting, or foul language will not be tolerated!

-  Illegal drugs and firearms are prohibited!

11.  Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied on their visit by a parent or guardian.

Each guest is liable for damages that occur through their (or any person in their party’s) negligence. Each guest agrees that the Resort and its colleagues are not accountable for any such occurrences or for any legal disputes among Resort guests.

12.  Solicitation of any kind is prohibited unless approved by a member of the management.

13.  Anyone caught defacing any part of the property will be required to pay for the damage and may be subject to criminal prosecution.

14.  Boat slips: First come, first serve.

-  Slips on the east arm are for the restaurant patrons only.

15.  Campfires: must be confined in a fire ring, may not be moved, and must be extinguished before leaving them!

16.  Canopies: Canopies with no floor are allowed on a site as long as they are no larger than 8 x 10.

17.  Tents: You may have one tent no larger than 8 x 10 on your site providing you do not have the tent on the grass and you have checked the tent with the office. No A/C allowed in the tents.

18.  Firewood may be available through the front office.

19.  Garbage: Guests must keep sites free of litter. This includes the fire rings.

-  Do not leave trash around the dumpster that are available for guests

20.  Quiet hours: 11:00pm – 7:00am

21.  Traffic in the park during quiet hours – Cruising is prohibited after 11:00 PM and before 7 AM. All campers should be on their site unless visiting the bath house or walking a dog. Failure to comply will result in a $25.00 fine. Subsequent abuse may result in you being asked to leave the park.

22.  No swimming is allowed near the docks.

23.  No household appliances, such as refrigerators, freezers, or washing machines, may be left outside on any site. Small Compact refrigerators are acceptable if they are no larger than 3.2 CF

24.  Trailers – 2 trailers are allowed per reservation. Additional trailers, including Jet Ski, boat, golf cart etc, will be charged $10.00 day.

25.  Cancellation Policy – 14 days in advance of arrival

If for any reason you may have to call 911, please make sure that you know your Cabin or Site number!

Violation of these rules, posted rules, or the complete list of rules and regulations may result in removal from the Resort, without refund or proportion of fee. The Rules and Regulations are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
