2017-2018NCAA Ticket Policy

The policy has been developed to bring a stable approach To the NCAA seating plus to let our fans know where and how we seat within our section.

PREMIUM SEATING

1.The first 60 tickets are to allotted to the coaches, their families, support staff, and administrators.
2. The second 60 tickets will be allotted to the wrestlers families (6 per qualifier). Any additional tickets the family may need; must be paid for prior – to afford the best possible seating and will not be guaranteed to the lower bowl.

Premium Seats are reserved for the six (6) complimentary family members only.

A. Only 6 seats will be allotted each qualifying Athlete – you will NOT be able to allot/move/ or transfertickets to other families.

B. If wrestler’s or wrestling families want additional tickets they will be on a first come – first serve basis depending on when the monies are received.

C.The seating committee will assign seats. If ticket holders all want to sit together or if more than,four (4) family members want tickets and they wish to be seated together, it will be when the monies were received from the additional family.

3.The final 60 seats will be allocated to our boosters/VIP’s who donate to our program.

**Priority given to those that donate the mostfor successive years of donation.

A. $4,500 or more - right to purchase up to but no more thansix (6) premium level tickets.

B. $3,000 or more - right to purchase up to, but no more thanfour (4) premium level tickets.

C. $1,500 or more - right to purchase up to, but no more than two (2) premium level tickets.

**This section’s tickets are allocated only to boosters who donate to our program. **

4.The first 180 seats allocated to the above. In the case of these seats, not being taken prior to mailing of tickets, the entire remaining group will move forward.

5. If the booster is a donor or VIP and they want more than the allotted limit, they can choose to split up - with some in Premium level section and the balance in the order that the payments were received; seated in other sections.

6.Takedown Club Members/Boosters can buy four (4) tickets per each ‘one’(1) Booster Club Membership.
7. All seating after the before mentioned ‘180’ will be based on the date the applications were received. Multiple options ~ via Paypal, mail, online, or in person payment.

8. If a group wants to sit together, all of the money, applications and memberships must be received together.
9. All NCAA tickets include the cost of the socials and will have the wristbands mailed with the tickets.

10. The tickets will be mailed out in time to eliminate any delivery problems.

11. If you are seated in a less expensive section the difference in ticket price will not be refunded to you.

12. People who bought tickets and then cannot use the tickets for whatever reason - will not be refunded. A credit will be brought forward to the following year.
