PE 10 First Assignment

SECTION FOUR: Nutritional Guidelines

9 – The majority of teens make the following five nutrition mistakes:

10 – Prior to beginning Physical Education 10 it is very important you have a solid understanding of your current Health profile, your abilities and your physical activity interests. This initial understanding will aid you as you progress through the course. It is important you revisit the information you have researched in the first four sections to complete this last task.
