Out of School and Holiday Club
Your child’s happiness, wellbeing and safety are of paramount importance to us which is why we ensure our resources are relevant and age specific; the environment is conductive to creativeness, play and exploration; and our staff are checked, well trained and have a passion for children.
Our setting provides secure and stimulating play/ care facilities, during the holidays for reception class children – 12 years.
We provide breakfast, dinner and tea as well as milk and water. Your child is welcome to bring their own juice and healthy snacks.
We have areas and resources specifically for the older child full of things they will enjoy. We
also offer planned activities, for example team games, crazy golf, cooking, arts and crafts and
outings locally such as the cinema.
‘Have fun and chill out at our Holiday Club’
Many fun opportunities will be offered to your child during the day giving them many hours of
fun and laughter whilst making lots of new good friends. Children will get the chance to play
with a huge selection of toys and resources. We aim to get the children ‘out and about’ as
much as possible during the holidays, taking advantage of the local parks, forests and fields.

Staff training and qualifications
All staff have experience of working with children, a range of qualifications and relevant
Child Care training. Every session will have a qualified first aider present.
Policies & Procedures
Mischief & Giggles Ltd.adheres toa number of policies and procedures to ensure the safety of your child and provide the best possible care. A comprehensive list of policies and procedures are available for you to view at the club which includes; Behaviour Policy, Fire safety, Health and Safety, Equality and Discrimination and Child Protection.
Complaints
Should you have a complaint about our club or a member of staff, please be kind enough to inform the setting Directors ‘Emma Wilson’ or ‘Luisa Newton’. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you are entitled to contact Early Years or Ofsted whose address and telephone number can be found on the notice board in the main foyer.
New Children
There is a registration fee payable of £25 per child. Please note that a registration form must be completed for each child before they start. This is to cover our insurance. If you require more than one copy of the registration form then please ask and we will be happy to provide you with additional copies. Booking

Cancellations
Oncechildcareplaceshavebeenreserved,theycannotbecancelledunlessa minimum of 24 hours’noticeisgiven(thisgivesthestaffenoughtimetoofferanotherchildtheplace and re adjust staff ratio.
Authorised cancellation fee: £10
Unauthorised cancellation fee: £Full Price
However if for any reason your child is unable to attend a session please get in touch and your place can be moved to another date, availability allowing.
