Here we believe in showcasing fresh and seasonal produce by presenting it in a way that offers diners a new and enjoyable experience in food to complement our wines and the natural surrounds of the swan valley. Our menu is constantly evolving with the availability of produce which we try to source as locally as possible, with most of our vegetables being grown organically here at the Estate.
