Thank You to All Who Donated on NTGD!
Thank you to everyone who generously donated to St. Mark Catholic School during the 6th annual North Texas Giving Day on September 18! Your contribution went even further thanks to the bonus funds offered during this one day event, and helped make a Catholic education possible for our students. Final totals are still being calculated, but preliminary numbers suggest that St. Mark raised approximately $10,000, including a $1,000 “Golden Ticket” prize that was awarded through an hourly drawing during the event!
Calling All Volunteers: Be Sure Your Safe Environment Training Is Current
The events held each year at St. Mark Catholic School could not happen without all of our dedicated volunteers! All volunteers must be Safe Environment trained. Don’t miss an event due to expired Safe Environment training. The school year is well underway and it’s a great time to retrain so you are “CLEAR for the YEAR.” Regardless of when your training expires, it’s best to retrain early so that you are qualified to volunteer with the students, and be called upon for all of our “don’t miss” events.Whether you are starting the Safe Environment process for the first time, or completing the annual retraining, click here for information. It wouldn’t be the same without you!

School Picture Proofs
On Monday, September 22, a school picture proof will be sent home with your child. Orders will be due back at school on Friday, September 26. Please note that, instead of providing you with prints of the school pictures, you will only receive a proof from which to place your order. This is different from the past procedure. You may fill out the order form that will accompany the proof and return it to school with your payment, or you may place your order online. A Special Note of Thanks from the Faculty/Staff
The faculty and staff of St. Mark Catholic School wish to thank everyone in our community for the amazing support that you have shown us during this very difficult week. Hugs, words of encouragement, little gifts and treats … they’ve meant the world to us and helped lift us up, as we strived to lift up our students and families. It is a hallmark of our St. Mark community that we love and support each other. That truly came to life this week. We are so grateful for each and every one of you.
Love,
