On October 31, militants fired two rockets at a camp of security forces in South Waziristan, however no causality was reported in the incident.

On October 31, three soldiers of Pak Army were injured when an improvised explosive device (IED) planted on the main Miramshah-Bannu Road hit a military truck carrying the soldiers to Bannu.

On October 31, suspected US unmanned aircraft fired six missiles at a vehicle in Pakistan’s tribal region near the Afghan border. Six alleged militants were killed in the attack.

On October 31, four persons were injured when an explosive device went off in Tirah valley of Khyber Agency.

On November1, Provincial Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for Housing Malik Amjad Khan Afridi escaped unhurt in an attack near Babri Banda in the limits of Bilitang Police Station on the Kohat-Rawalpindi Road.
