WEBSITE INSTRUCTIONS

“ON THE DAY NOMINATIONS”

Firstly you need to open up the AOCRA website – www.aocra.com.au

You will see some headings up the top – click on ON THE DAY/INTERNATIONAL NOMINATIONS

Then Click on NOMINATE FOR ON THE DAY/OTHER CRAFT NOMINATIONS

Now select the regatta you which to nominate for, and enter in your details.

You will see it now brings up the list of events you can enter. Type the NUMBER OF PEOPLE/CREWS/TEAMS you wish to nominate for each event. It will show the relevant fee. Once you have entered in the number of teams, click proceed.

It will now give you a list of every registered member in Australia. Click to HIGHLIGHT the names (press Control & Click if you need to select multiple people) and then click GO.

Now it will show you which events the selected person is eligible to race for.

If you have an international / non-AOCRA paddler – enter in their surname, first name, gender and DOB.

Click the TICKBOX under the Event to show which events the person is paddling in.

If you have any NOTES you wish to add in for the HOST CLUB – type them in the Notes section (for example – special authority for juniors to race in senior events, or women to race in mens crews etc etc).

Now click on PROCEED TO PAYMENT.

Now you can enter in your credit card details………. Note that a 2% surcharge applies to credit card payments.

If the nomination is processed by your CLUB COMMITTEE under “Club Sign-in” and your club has an authorized Direct Debit Authority with AOCRA, then no surcharge would apply.

Click the TICKBOX regarding the Indemnity and Release, and click SUBMIT

The details of the nomination (including Tax Invoices for the relevant portion of the fees for Zone, AOCRA and Host Club) will be sent to your email address, and also to the Host Club Secretary.
